From a guys perspective: I wish I knew then what I know now. I should have "practiced" first and lasted longer. My first time was barely even long enough to time. Thankfully it was my girls(later my wife)first as well so I can pretend she may not have known what to expect. Later, many years later I was "called to duty" one night. My rather cool girlfriend called me up to do her friend a favor. She was 26 and still a virgin and I was called in to "make her a woman" I think I broke every traffic violation possible getting there! I brought protection and all I had was time so I spent the entire weekend with her. I made sure she was comfortable and picked out her favorite music to play and took my time making sure she would cherish the night for the rest of her life. I even brought her a warm, moist towel for the sticky afters. I gave her breakfast in bed and I sent her flowers every day for a week.
I wanted her to feel as special as she was. After she told my girlfriend about it I had to live up to a new set of expectations...

My first time was awful. My first 50 times were awful. The guys fumbled around and I wasn't confident enough to tell them what to do.I hope everyone else didn't have the same experiences. Why were these guys in such a rush? Did they think we had somewhere else to go?
