Bodacious Boomer is the run-off from my mind. As I’ve gotten older I’ve discovered that my brain can only hold on to so much stuff at one time. New stuff comes in and nudges the stuff already in my brain further and further over til it falls off the other side. (I think my brain may actually be flat.)
So all this stuff has to go somewhere before I forget it; and this seemed like the perfect place to put it.
I’m not an acquired taste. I seem to elicit strong feelings. People either really like me, or really, really don’t.
Some days my blog may be topical, but mostly I talk a lot about family, friends, food, dogs and sex; but not sex with dogs. Because that would be just odd.
On the upside, most people think I’m pretty funny.  So if you’re looking for a diversion, get yourself something to drink and stay awhile.
If you want to get a real feel of what I’m about read this post and all the links within it. In about 5 minutes you’ll know if you want to come back and visit. I hope you do.
If Bodacious Boomer.com gets big enough I won’t have to buy that shopping cart I’ve got in layaway and eventually I’ll even be able to sub-let my cozy spot near the overpass. But to do that I need help in achieving famousity.
I love to share my writing; but please link, don’t just rip me off.  That’s incredibly shady, will bring you bad karma, and I will hunt you down like a rabid dog.

How close is the Bodacious Boomer to 1951 then ?
    Bodacious can mean:

The word is a portmanteau of bold and audacious that means: Remarkable, courageous, audacious, spirited
In CB radio jargon, a general-purpose word of praise
    A variety of iris (plant)
Voluptuous, attractive, “hot”, appealing to the eye
Bo-Day-Shus!!!, an album by Mojo Nixon and Skid Roper.

I am assuming that you’re not an iris or anything to do with Mojo Nixon … which leaves us with ‘remarkable’ and ‘voluptuous’.

    All the best
    Kris.
